Impact: The CyberSource Sandbox/Testing Environment test account sign up remains under maintenance while platform improvements continue. There is no impact to any production services, client-facing environments, or customer transaction processing at this time. The test environment is also fully operational - only new sandbox test account generation is impacted.

Cybersource continues to investigate the issue that is currently affecting CAS Sign Up in our Sandbox/Testing environment and are working urgently to resolve the issue.
Impact: Users may experience issues accessing the Portals in the CAS/Sandbox Environment.
